- Yzaguirre 1884 Reserva Vermouth - 30ml 1oz
- Barcelo Onyx Rum - 30ml 1oz
- Graham's Ruby - 30ml 1oz
- Volcanic Stone
RECIPE FOR MAKING THE LANZAROTE 1884 COCKTAIL
In a mixing glass with plenty of ice, pour a measure of Yzaguirre 1884 Reserva Vermouth, a measure of Barcelo Onyx rum and a measure of Graham's Ruby. Stir and chill for 20 seconds and strain into a coupe glass containing a clean, frozen volcanic stone. Flavour with a twist of lime. TIP: To prepare our volcanic rock, boil water at 100º and pour into a bowl to clean the rock. Drain and put it in the freezer.
