Ingredients for making the Baco cocktail with Vermouth Yzaguirre

  • VERMOUTH YZAGUIRRE WHITE VERMOUTH RESERVA-45ml 1½oz
  • MOSCATEL GRAPE JUICE-60ml 2oz
  • HENDRICKS GIN-30ml 1oz
  • LEMON JUICE-30ml 1oz
  • SUGAR-15ml 1oz

Step by step to make the Baco cocktail with Vermouth Yzaguirre

In a cocktail shaker, pour 1 measure of Yzaguirre Reserva Vermouth, two measures of muscatel grape juice, half a measure of Hendricks Gin, half a measure of lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of very fine white sugar. Shake very well with lots of ice and strain into our glass in homage to the god of wine, Bacchus. Garnish with herbs and aromatic flowers.
