Ingredients:

  • YZAGUIRRE RED VERMOUTH – 60ml 2oz
  • PASSION FRUIT PUREE – 30ml 1oz
  • VANILLA SYRUP – 15ml ½oz
  • LIME JUICE – 15ml ½oz
  • GINGER BEER – 150ml 5oz

Recipe:

In a shaker, mix 5 cl of Yzaguirre Red Vermouth and 3 cl of passion fruit puree. Add the juice of half a lime and 2.5 cl of vanilla syrup. Add ice and shake well. Strain and serve in our signature glassware. Garnish with fresh fruit and mint.

TIP:To make your vanilla syrup, mix one part of water to one part of sugar, bring to a boil and drop some open vanilla pods for an hour to macerate. Cold strain and let it rest.
