    With a mahogany colour and orange highlights, Yzaguirre Classic Red Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. It has a good aromatic intensity in the mouth which balances out the acidity very well. Long, intense and slightly bitter aftertaste.

    Serving tip: Excellent as an everyday aperitif. Serve with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes and a slice of orange. Serve very chilled.

  • Yzaguirre Classic White Vermouth

    With a straw yellow colour, Yzaguirre Classic White Vermouth has an intense aroma with herby and spicy notes. Mild balsamic touches give it a pleasant and very unique structure. Fresh and smooth in the mouth and very well balanced, it has notes of vanilla and cinnamon.

    Serving tip: Excellent as an everyday aperitif. Serve with 2 anchovy-stuffed olives, 2 or 3 ice cubes and a twist of orange. Serve very chilled.

  • Yzaguirre Rosé Vermouth

    With a raspberry red color and violet glitters, it is pleasant and attractive to the eye, while delicate on the nose. It has a soft and fresh aroma with hints of citrus and spices. It is sweet on the palate, easy to drink and with a good length.

    This light and sophisticated aperitif suggests that it is a cosmopolitan and contemporary product, ideal to drink after work or to start tasting vermouth.

    It is advisable to serve it in a wide glass with a couple of ice cubes, and very cold. A slice of grapefruit or lemon gives it a pleasant citrus flavor that increases its aromatic notes.

Its initial flavour is very tasty and balanced, in perfect harmony with its acidity. Twelve months in oak barrels give it consistency and character.

    Serving tip: As an everyday aperitif or early evening drink. Excellent in a long drink with a few drops of Campari, 3 or 4 ice cubes, a slice of orange, a twist of orange peel and fresh mint leaves. It is also perfect for seasoning meat or game stews, shellfish paella, desserts and patisserie.

    With a light straw yellow colour, Yzaguirre Reserva Dry Vermouth initially has a very alcoholic taste in the mouth yet perfectly balanced with its acidity. Highly glyceric, it is velvety and smooth in the mouth with notes of wood, herbs and spices. It is aged for one year in oak barrels which helps to stabilize the aroma and colour of the blend.

    Serving tip: Excellent for use in cocktails. Ideal for combining with gin and lemon.

  • Yzaguirre Selection 1884 Vermouth

    A premium product whose lengthy ageing process gives Yzaguirre Selection 1884 Vermouth a very special consistency. An initial two-month maceration with essential herbs – more than 80 different varieties – is followed by two years in oak barrels which helps to stabilize the aroma and colour of the blend. In the mouth we find notes of wood, herbs and spices. It has a long and original aftertaste with intense bitter nuances.

    Serving tip: A very strong aperitif, having been aged in small, old oak barrels which give it a lot of depth and a very special touch. Its high alcohol content makes it seem more like a liqueur.

    With a dark and bright amber color, Yzaguirre Herbal Vintage Vermouth delights the nose with its sweet and spicy aroma, centered on aromatic herbs and with a citrus touch. On the palate it is harmonious and penetrating, with spicy and quinine nuances and a perfectly balanced alcoholic warmth. The broad aftertaste convinces of its high quality. It recovers the original formula of the end of the s. XIX and aged with the traditional 'solera type' system for five years.

    Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Red Garnacha.

    A deep red close to the colour of Bigarreau cherries, limpid, transparent and with no visual faults. Pinkish-violet tones still visible which denote the intensity of the initial colour and give it an elegant appearance. Averagely persistent tear which indicates it has a good alcoholic structure and that in the mouth it will be velvety with well-rounded tannins.

    This alcohol is perfectly complemented by the ripe fruity notes of the grape varieties.
    Long, intense aftertaste with a slightly bitter final note; lingering, complex and elegant all at the same time.
